Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how to request deletion of personal information that JPC Autonomy and AI Advisory may hold about you.

How to request deletion

Submit a request through the contact link on this website and include enough information for JPC to understand what data you want deleted and how to verify the request. Do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.

If you contacted JPC through LinkedIn or another external service, you may also need to use that service's own privacy tools to delete data stored by that service.

What may be deleted

Depending on the context, deletion may apply to direct inquiry records, contact details, admin account records, unpublished content records, or other personal information JPC controls and can reasonably identify.

The public site currently has no public visitor accounts, newsletter signup, payment checkout, or public contact forms, so JPC may not have account-style records for most visitors.

Verification

JPC may ask for additional information to verify that the person making the request is the person whose data is involved, or is authorized to act on that person's behalf. Requests that cannot be verified may be denied or limited.

Retention exceptions

Some information may be retained when necessary to provide requested services, maintain security logs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect against misuse, preserve business records, or complete backup and disaster recovery processes.

Backup copies and security logs may age out on their normal retention schedules rather than being immediately removed from every system.

Response timing

JPC will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. If more time or verification is needed, JPC will explain the status of the request when practical.

No discrimination

JPC will not discriminate against you for making a legitimate privacy or deletion request, subject to any lawful limitations that apply to the requested service or record.
